Tonight, Feb. 17th, I will be teaching a class to home buyers who are struggling to understand the constantly shifting real estate market in Boise. The class will be from 7:00 PM-9:00 PM @ Timberline High School. The goal of the class is to teach buyers how to navigate the current market conditions that we are facing as well as take a look at the $8000 First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit . In addition to answering questions, I will be showing buyers where all of the best buys are currently give them a list of the best priced homes on the market as well as the following:
- How to negotiate the best price and terms possible
- Negotiating Seller Paid closing costs and down payments
- Performing home searches
- The home inspection
- What is escrow
- Short sales
- Financing, interest rates, credit issues
- Step by step home purchase process
