What is Bown Crossing?

Bown Crossing is a mixed-use development in South East Boise built around the way neighborhoods used to be: friendly to foot traffic, close to retail stores and professional services that are locally owned. Bown Crossing is not just another subdivision accessorized with chain store strip malls and corporate retail vendors. It is a well thought out and planned community with a Marketplace, plans for a future Library (next to Riverside Elementary), riparian areas surrounding Single-family custom homes, patio homes and town homes.

One of the greatest appeals of Bown Crossing is its proximity to downtown Boise, the Boise River, the Greenbelt in the foothills. Each one of these plays a large role in the success of the development and offers its residents amenities that can normally be found in the majority of subdivisions being built today.

The Last Chapter of Bown Crossing

The Riverwalk Collection is the last remaining four home sites in Bown Crossing. Bown Crossing has been recognized for high-end custom home sites, high-end patio homes and town homes in this is the first offering of home sites that will appeal to a more affordable class without sacrificing high-end amenities.

Derek O’Neill of O’Neill Enterprises, the same O’Neill Enterprises who developed River Run, Spring Meadow and Surprise Valley, is developing the project, and The Marrs Company will be building the for homes in the Riverwalk Collection.
