If you’re new to the Boise area or are new to owning a home in the Boise area, then chances are, you might also be new to the idea of blowing out your sprinkler system.
There are cheap-o signs everywhere advertising this service for around $25 and it is worth every penny of it. In addition, you can call almost any landscape, sprinkler system or back-flow company to come out and blow the system out so that the standing water doesn’t freeze and cost you thousands of dollars in springtime repairs.

Hey Aaron,
It’s great that you put this post on your blog. The Austin area got hit hard right after the new year with temps in the teens and many people had their outside water pipes bust. Not too many people were ready for that kind of weather.
