With so many homes on the market, buyers can be completely overwhelmed when they attempt to ’shop’ for a home. In an effort to help out, I have been keeping track of homes that I have seen that from a relative basis are what I would consider to be a “Good Deal”.
Last week I saw a great home up on the bench that I just couldn’t ignore simply because the home is priced at $75 per square foot! It’s a sharp looking 2 story brick home with a full basement. The yard is clean, simple and fully fenced.
On the inside, the first impression is that the home is dated, but what Boise Bench home thats 50 years old isn’t. In fact, despite some minor cosmetic deficiencies the home is extremely solid and extremely clean. Under the carpets you’ll be pleased to find hardwood floors reminicent of the era before the fad of shaggy carpet.
There are 2 separate living areas in this 4 Bedroom 2 Bath home and a really nice fire place. If you’ve been looking for a larger home in Boise with great access to Downtown, the Freeway, BSU and the like, this is one that you should definitly put on your short list!
