When you’re looking at homes for sale in Boise, Meridian, Eagle etc., you often times can get a flyer off of the sign in the flyer box.
BUT
Today you can text a code number thats listed on the sign and get a text message sent to your phone with pictures, details and even a virtual tour!
POLL QUESTION: Which would you prefer: A color flyer or an INSTANT interactive Text Message?

I think a black and white flyer would suffice, with a website address to view further details, colour would just be an added expense with out much more return. I like the text message idea, great for those with iphones and blackberrys and the like.
I love the idea of an interactive text message, but voted for color flyer since that is what I use. Around here people seem to like the flyers. You’ve got my attention though and I’m definitely going to look into the text message thing.
