Many people still don’t know what Bown Crossing is, so here is a quick video that shows what Bown Crossing is all about! The Riverwalk Collection is the last residential phase of the entire project and there is only 1 home of the 4 that is still available for sale! If you haven’t visited Bown Crossing, it’s in Southeast Boise and it’s well worth a visit!
The real estate in Bown Crossing has been a very good investment for all of it’s homeowners and values have been strong given the downturn that alot of Boise real estate has experienced; These homes will be no different, especially at the price of $217,900! There are few homes for sale in Boise that can give you the same quality location and quality construction for such an amazing price. In addition, all of these homes will be ready before the Tax Credit Deadline.
Less than a few weeks ago I posted an article about the new Riverwalk Collection at Bown Crossing. Today, I am happy to say that we are 50% sold with another 25% on the horizon. I’d like to attribute it solely to our great marketing, but I think that would be grossly typical of most narcissistic real estate agents (although, we have done a bang-up job ).
Instead, I just want to point out to those of you folks who think that all real estate fits in the same basket that there is such a thing as good and bad real estate.
